This page explains, in plain English, what happens to the information you submit through the "Start a Request" form on avenixagency.com.

What we collect

When you submit the intake form, the durable record we keep contains:

Your name
Your email address
The free-text description of what you're asking us to build
Budget range, if you choose to provide one (optional)
Timeline, if you choose to provide one (optional)
Whether you checked the consent box, and which version of this Privacy Policy and the Terms you agreed to at the time
A system-generated record ID and submission timestamp
An internal anti-abuse flag ("suspected spam") — a judgment our form's spam-detection logic makes about the submission (for example, whether a hidden field only automated bots fill in was triggered). This flag is stored alongside your other information whether or not it turns out to be accurate, so in the ordinary case, a submission that's mistakenly flagged this way is still fully recorded — the flag itself never causes anything to be discarded. There is one bounded exception, described in "Where it goes" below: flagged submissions share a small, capped allowance for how many can be recorded and emailed within a short window, to keep the cost of an actual bot flood bounded; if that allowance is already used up when your submission arrives, it is not recorded at all, and you'd see an on-page error saying so rather than a silent success.

We do not store your IP address as part of your submission — it is never written into the emailed submission or the durable record above. Separately, Cloudflare's own platform-level processing of every request — not scoped to this form — is described just below. Two abuse-prevention controls that Avenix configures use your IP address, both purely to slow down automated abuse of this form — one in Avenix's own code, one a Cloudflare dashboard rule:

Currently active: the server that handles the form keeps a small, bounded, in-memory count of recent requests per IP address, used only to throttle rapid-fire submissions. This count is never written to any durable storage — but because it lives in server memory rather than being deleted immediately after each request, it can persist for as long as that particular server process stays running, not just for the instant of your submission.
Also active: a Cloudflare-side rate limiting rule scoped specifically to this form, configured and confirmed active as of this policy's last-updated date above. It is a Cloudflare dashboard setting, not something Avenix's own code does: it applies an edge-level check against the request's IP address, separate from and in addition to the in-memory limiter above, and temporarily blocks further form submissions from an address that sends an unusually rapid burst of requests — before those requests ever reach Avenix's code.

Separately, and outside of anything the two controls above do: Cloudflare, our hosting provider, necessarily processes your IP address as part of routing every request to this site, its zone analytics, and its own DDoS/bot- mitigation systems, and logs requests handled by the Worker behind this form. This happens for every visitor to any Cloudflare-hosted site, for Cloudflare's own platform-operation and security purposes — not to slow down abuse of this specific form — and Avenix does not control and cannot fully enumerate the details of that platform-level processing.

Neither the in-memory limiter (run by Avenix's own code) nor the Cloudflare rate-limiting rule (a Cloudflare dashboard setting rather than Avenix's code) adds your IP address to your submission record or the email we receive; both exist solely to slow down bots and abusive traffic on this form. Cloudflare's own platform-level processing, described separately just above, is outside that scope entirely — it is not run by Avenix's site or either control described above, and is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy practices as our hosting provider.

Why we collect it

Solely to review your request, understand what you're asking for, and reply to you about it. That's it — there's no marketing list, no analytics profile being built from this form.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, we send it — using Cloudflare's own Email Routing infrastructure — to a personal inbox Avenix Ai LLC's founder has independently verified as a delivery destination with Cloudflare, and we also write a copy to a private, Cloudflare-hosted durable log (Cloudflare KV) so your request isn't lost even if the email delivery step runs into an issue. Delivery succeeds the vast majority of the time. On rare occasions — for example, a spike of automated/bot traffic hitting the form at once — a submission can fail to reach one or both destinations, and in one specific case (the anti-abuse allowance described under "What we collect" above is already used up when a flagged submission arrives) it is not recorded at all, at either destination. If you submit the form and don't hear back within a few business days, please email us directly using the address below so we can make sure nothing was missed. Your submission is not sent to intake@avenixagency.com — that address is a public routing alias, not the actual inbox; it's kept on this site only as the address you can email us at directly, and as the "reply to" address on our own reply to you.

The durable log (Cloudflare KV) is owned and controlled by Avenix Ai LLC. The verified inbox is different: it's a personal inbox — not an Avenix-run system — that the founder has verified as a delivery destination with Cloudflare's Email Routing, and it's hosted by whatever email provider operates that inbox. That provider necessarily processes your submission's content as part of delivering the email to it, the same way Cloudflare necessarily processes it as our Email Routing and hosting provider (see "What we collect" above). Avenix itself does not sell, rent, or share your submission with any advertiser or data broker. The email provider and Cloudflare each process your submission under their own terms and privacy practices, which Avenix does not control — including the Cloudflare platform-level processing described under "What we collect" above, which we cannot fully enumerate.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions as long as reasonably needed to review and respond to your request, and for our own basic recordkeeping after that. If you'd like your submission deleted sooner, see below.

How to request deletion

Email intake@avenixagency.com with the email address you originally submitted the form with, and ask us to delete your submission. We'll confirm once it's done.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts.
